I have seen many stories of entrepreneurship this semester coming from the students, and wanted to share it with you and thank you for your support that makes this possible.
African countries are confronted by the hard realities of chronic poverty. Most families struggle to provide for the basic necessities of life.
Generally, poverty arises due to lack of resource or wealth. However, this is not entirely true as far as Africa is concerned. Africa has a large deposit of natural resources – be it gold, minerals or oil.
The pressing need for increased numbers of entrepreneurs and effective leaders across Africa is well recognized.
I have seen many stories of entrepreneurship this semester coming from the students, and wanted to share it with you and thank you for your support that makes this possible.
Though we North-Americans don’t feel it heavily, poverty is a burning issue in most parts of the world. About one-third of the world’s population is drowned deep in extreme poverty, mostly visible in Africa.
What we seek is nothing less than the individual transformation of thousands of young people, into entrepreneurs and leaders who drive their own destiny.
